finally, home at this hour on a sunday. ((:

weather, always unpredictable. 2 days of caught in th rain, 2days of work, 2 days skytower temporary suspended due to bad weather, 2 days of service recovery, 2 days of controlling crowd when ride resumed, 2 days of dealing with tourguides wanting to rush in, 2 days of hardwork, and of course 2 days filled with fun laughter love.

& yesterday was a busy day. super heavy rain + thunder on the island. ESID machine was down, so gta lookout for lightning overhead. Thank God there's no lightning. service recovery was fine. it was only after the ride was resume and there's a large group from different tours that leads up to 4queue lines at skytower. reality check:its been long since i last handled 4 queue lines at skytower. it happened that one batch from the group about 400pax got problems with the tickets, 14 tickets were wrongly encoded and printed. So yea, despite th long queue and wet weather, managed to handle th case smoothly. ((: [self-praise, yea whatever.] overall, sky crew did a great job!

It definitely feels great to see happy faces on each and every guest. Giving them a wonderful&lovely day on the island be it rain or shine.

am feeling feverish at times, already having sorethroat and lost my voice, already sneezing and having block nose, head feel so heavy on one side. i need to rest. like really really rest. bleah. i will take extra good care of myself, no worries.
